2010. The future has arrived....

I've been MIA for awhile. With the holidays and then my internet was out for a couple weeks. Uggg....but back to reality. Back to school. Back to work. Actually, exciting news. I got a job at an interior design firm in Seattle. My first Interior Design job. On my way to a very exciting career! LOL!

An Anthropologie Holiday

It's officially Holiday Season! The air is cool and crisp, Thanksgiving is right around the corner, Starbucks has brought out their holiday cups and I just got my November Anthropologie catalog. These pictures and clothing are inspiringly beautiful. It just makes me want Christmas to come sooner! Yeah, just kidding! Holiday shopping isn't something I'm looking forward to, so for now I'll enjoy the pictures.

I Heart James Merrell's Photography

Photographer James Merrell from the UK has taken some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. Breaktaking. Interiors and fashion. Sometimes a mix of both. His site has so many wonderful pictures. I even blogged about this first one some time ago but had no idea who had taken the photo. So now I know. I'm also inspired to take a romantic photo like the last one with my husband now. Wouldn't that look great hanging above the fireplace!

Happy Monday!? I just wanted to share some fashion photos that I had saved on my hard drive. I'm a bad girl, I know! I don't know the site I got them from but here are some beautiful pink photos, some eye candy for a sunny beautiful Seattle day!!

Fashion Photo Forward

I came across this photo from fashion photographer Nicole Patricia Malina and thought it was just gorgeous. I love the stillness of the photo even though the dresses are moving. The image came from kodex, a "Fashion Business International" site but you can also see some of Nicole's photos at http://www.nicolinepatricia.com/.

This picture has always fascinated me. But now more than ever because it reminds me of the state of my life right now. Everything is broken but that chair can be re-upholstered and the walls can be built up again, re-painted, the unwanted garbage swept away. This room can be beautiful again. And as long as you have PINK you can survive anything.
