Oh Diane!

I might not be able to live without this dress. So gorgeous! That Diane von Furstenberg is my superhero. Bring hot pink fashion to the fashion hopeless. Fashion deprived and financially deprived is more my status. This might be my only fall purchase but it would be soooooooooooooooooo worth it.

I've been coveting this poster from PaPaYa for awhile now. So pretty. The beautiful sad girl looking over her shoulder. What am I waiting for. I'm going to buy it right now and put it in my bedroom. Working on updating the decor in my bedroom. So I'm off to Home Depot for ??We'll see what I come up with.

Umbra for Target

Today I bring you Umbra for Target. Super! Great design although not much pink but lovely otherwise and Target affordable. Go and get it my lovelies.

New Year, New Pink

Tanya has woken up from a coma! I haven't posted since September 2008! But I'm back so if you use to read my blog please come back too! Here is a toast to a new year and new president (tomorrow) and a new pink drink! Run don't walk and get you new years drink on!

With all my LOVE TANYAIngredients:
6 raspberries
2 oz. Stoli Razberi
1 oz. sweet and sour mix
1 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. cream
1 bottle sparkling white wine

Crush three raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add Stoli Razberi, sweet and sour mix, cranberry juice and cream. Shake and strain. Top with a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with three raspberries on a toothpick.

oh i've been busy. but things are calm now. i'm trying to get back into my life. here are some pictures of weddings and my vacation in san francisco and my husbands birthday .

I just love this artist, elloh, on Esty. She dones prints on canvas and on paper. And most of her artwork is her depiction of awsome movies, TV shows, singers, and song lyrics. I like the Breakfast at Tiffany's print, the Buffy print (Buffy the Vampire Slayer is my all time favorite TV show) and Pretty in Pink. So inspiring!

Savoir Chair

You can find this upholstered chair at Crate & Barrel. Although a little contempory for my taste, I think it would look lovely surrounded by a more modern sofa in a grey tone in a room with white walls. Lovely.

Bench...Pink...Love

I've been away for awhile, so sorry if you've missed me. The fact is I'm not really sure anyone is reading this, but if you are please leave me a message! I would love to hear from you. So going back to being away, I guess I got caught up in life and havent' had much time to think about design or pink...so sad. Ok, I never stop thinking about design. Here is a bench/bookcase that I found and of course I saved the picture and can't rememver where I found it. I will do reseach later and figure it out. I promise. And I promise to post more. :) So I found the site where you can view and purchase this bench/bookcase. "Shelves with a Bench" is from a designer named Stanislav Katz from Latvia.

Designers Guild. Why haven't I seen this web site before??? Wallpaper, pillow, sofa's oh my...I LOVE everything. And have you seen a more stylish paint can? Let the picutres talk for themself.

Gorgeous. I saw these kate spade shoes while shopping at Nordstrom this week. Gorgeous. Did I say that already? They were so stunning in the store. Wouldn't they look fantastic with a black skirt and light pink blouse. You can buy yours on sale right now for $176.90 at Nordstrom.com. I'm placing my order right now!

I heart pink glasses

It's another beautiful day in Seattle, which is amazing considering the seriouly bad days we've had up until this weekend. I saw these french inspired "Fleur de Lis" tumblers and carafe on the web site for In Style Magazine this week. With weather this nice remember to stay hydrated! You can purchase them at Maison Midi online but I've also seen them at anthropologie. I sure you can even pick them up at your local antique store and hopefully for a good price. Enjoy the summer while it lasts!

Plastic Fantastic

Plastic furniture in true baroque style. Wood furniture covered in plastic makes it easy to clean and so colorful. Comes in lots of colors actually but I like the pink.

Snog on a hot day.

I just saw these pictures of the first frozen yoghurt store to open in the United Kingdom called Snog. "Snog is a new retail concept offering pure frozen yogurt, natural and green tea. The shop interior evokes the feeling of summer. The concept for the store was to evoke the feeling of a perfect never-ending summer. The interior is deliberately quirky, with a photographic grass floor and British flowers on the glass walls. A key element is the digital sky which will adjust the mood of the store perpetually throughout the day and evenings."-Frame Magazine.

It's funny that this would be the first frozen yoghurt store in the UK but I guess it doesn't get hot over there where people are running to the ice cream store with kids in tow. Stores are popping up in Seattle, we definitely saw the trend last summer and now gelato shops are all the rage. I don't care if it's ice cream, frozen yoghurt or gelato, I love sweets things!
