"I Believe in Pink"

I can't believe that I haven't seen this quote before. Leave it Audrey Hepburn to say the most perfect inspiring words. Happy Sunday. May you laugh, kiss, be strong, be pretty and believe in Pink all day today!
{This poster of Audrey Hepburn's famous quote can be purchased at the esty store 3LambsGraphics}

Pink & Chic

Fall Fashion Preview. Moschino Cheap & Chic. I love the oversized flower! I bought a dress from Anthropologie recently with a similar (smaller) flower in black. How wonderful it would be to have this pink dress this fall or really a *cheaper* Tanya's budget version of this dress.

Happy Weekend!

Thinking of You

I love this little card shop on Esty called maybeyoushoulddie. Love the name too. I like words and quotes and just saying what you want to say. I've been thinking about someone lately. Same someone I'm always thinking of (and can never seem to stop thinking about.) This would be a perfect card to send to him. We didn't meet this way but it's close enough. Check out more cards from maybeyousoulddie. Good stuff!

The Cocktail

The Cocktail: 200 Fabulous Drinks. What a beautiful book combining two of my favorite things; art & drinks. The book was written by Jane Rocca and the artwork is by illustrator Kat MacLeod. I love the page all about champagne chic. Champagne is my favorite drink of the moment and she has half a dozen delicious looking champagne cocktails.

Conversations With Myself

"Today I had a conversation with my true self. She asked me why I had abandoned her, why I had ignored all her constant advice. And then she reminded me of all the things I had forgotten. And never once did she say, I told you so. It is here where she must begin to tell her story." I started a journal today. I picked up this beautiful little book to write in at a store in Seattle but you can get yours at www.live-inspired.com.

R.I.P. Brittany Murphy

One of my favorite actresses died on December 20, 2009. Today the corner released the cause of her death. Sadness has struck the world as there will be no more funny, silly, crazy, girly Brittany Murphy movies. I think I've seen everything she has acted in. I loved her range from funny to serious. The last movie I saw was Love And Other Disasters. Very cute movie. R.I.P. Brittany. You will be missed.

TRILLI Bookshelf

Its your humble blogging servant bringing you the best in pink design. I stumbled upon this TRILLI bookshelf by Italian designer Marino Rossato. Purchase yours in white and fuchsia from the online OWO store. I love the playfulness of all the different sizes shelves. Keep some of the shelves open to let the bright fuchsia shine through. This would look amazing in a very modern living room or kids room!

Barbie Dream House

Barbie got a new house in Shanghai. I've heard controversial things about how the Barbie image is not fitting into the Chinese culture but I have to admit that I love the store. Here are some visuals. You can read more about it at Contract Magazine February's online edition.

Hello Kitty! It's a good day.

It's the little things in life that should make you happy, right? Well it's the little things that keep me going everyday waiting for the big dreams to happen. Something that made me smile today was getting my Hello Kitty debit card in the mail today. I've had this card for a couple years but last week I lost it. So I called and cancelled it and the women that I talked to said that it was not available anymore. I would be getting a regular Bank of America card in the mail. My heart broke a little. So I waited a week and today my card came in the mail. It was my lovely Hello Kitty card. Brand spanking shiny new! Oh happy day! It is the little things that make me smile. And now some retail therapy. Where should I use my card today?
